I absolutely hate tampons so I had to find something else that worked for me. With the softcup the one thing you HAVE to remember is if you want COMPLETE protection (which every woman does) you HAVE TO INSERT THE CUP COMPLETELY if you think its in far enough push it back farther lolif you can feel it poking out its not deep enough. there are multiple videos and sites about these cups and others like them so do your research and happy hunting!
