Here's one of my favorite looks to do. Its a sexy and sultry and yet simple and easy to achieve. You don't have to use the products that I used to get this look. You can use affordable colors. For the navy blue color you can check out Wet N' Wild's "I got blue jeans" or Almay's 3 shadow trio ( I don't know the name). For the freshwater color you can use any medium blue color.
