This video is a rant video about how shocking the customer service is from Joliebox UK. They took four lots of payment for one of their beauty boxes but now refuse to admit that it's their fault and won't refund my money! Along with being ignored by them for sometimes weeks at a time, they claim to have issued a refund but magically it appears to have gone missing. I asked them to just paypal me the money, but again said they wouldn't do it. The customer service from this compant is THE worst I have ever experienced. It might only be £15, but what is that to a company the size of Joliebox? - the cost of one subscription from ONE person for ONE month. Imagine if I hadn't had the discount code! They would have taken over £30 from my account without my concent. It's the moral of it! Why is it so hard for them to just admit it was their fault and refund me? What happened to the days where the customer is always right?! I have seriously have better customer service from people on eBay!!!
