All the eyeshadows used are from Wet n' Wilds "Blue had me at hello" Color Icon Palette! LOVE! And I topped it off with a glitter gradient using 3 different shades of blue glitter.
Show More All the eyeshadows used are from Wet n' Wilds "Blue had me at hello" Color Icon Palette! LOVE! And I topped it off with a glitter gradient using 3 different shades of blue glitter.

The glitters I used are from Hobby Lobby (NOTE: THESE GLITTERS ARE SAFE FOR USE ON THE EYES!) They are made from Polyester, non toxic, acid free. Cosmetic grade glitter is also made from polyester. These have never bothered my eyes, EVER.

Now not ALL glitters from Hobby Lobby are safe for use around the eyes... These ones are.
