I thought this would be good for people who wanted to be a mermaid for Halloween. I could see glued on glitter pieces on your face for scales or sponges on blue color and then hand painted scales. You could make or buy a costume that went with it. Or you could be some sort of fairy or even a sexy smurf if those exists. Sexy anything exists on Halloween I guess. If you're not watching this and thinking Halloween then you could tone this down a bit and not bring the mutiny up so high.
I got my MAC pigment samples from www.thebodyneeds.com for no more than $2 or $3 dollars each. I then pressed my samples into the pans. I have also used www.allcosmeticswholesale.com to buy authentic samples. Those were a little bit more expensive. I was happy with both.

FTC: I bought everything used in this video with my own money. I didn't tell you about the bodyneeds.com so they can make lots of money. I told you so you can get the same things I used for cheap if you wanted to. No one paid me to talk about stuff in this video. All opinions are my own.
