I did this tutorial once when I first started my youtube channel ages ago. Needless to say, my makeup skills have improved since then and hopefully my video quality.

Please have patience with me until I get my filming setup figured out. I got a new tripod, but its too large for my desk. I ordered a desktop one so my next tutorial should be at an even better angle. I shot with my Canon Powershot instead of my webcam, so there shouldn't be that annoying computer fan in the background.
Anyways, here is the tutorial....most Catwoman tutorials just use black eyeshadow, but I've watched the movie many times and noticed she has greyish taupe on her lids and crease, blended into the black.
