I have been requested several times to post a skincare routine and my excuse was always that I wasn't happy with all of the products I was using or my skin was not behaving properly. I have struggled with acne and oil prone skin for OVER 10 YEARS! That's right, I'm 24 and I have been in and out of break outs since I was 14. I have visited dermatologists and taken prescription medications such as accutane, which was NOT a permanent solution for me. I've also used retinoid and benzoyl topical treatments.
This is what I'm using now.
Products mentioned:
Clean & Clear shine control facial cleanser
Neutrogena naturals purifying pore scrub (will use in the future)
Bragg Organic raw apple cider vinegar
Lotus Aroma tea tree essential oil
Derma E Vitamin A Wrinkle Treatment Moisturizing Gel
Derma E Tea Tree & E Antiseptic Cream
DIY Eye Make-up Remover http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_d6zly7mBv8
DIY Acne toner
- use a small bottle
- 1/3 apple cider vinegar
- 2/3 water
- 3-5 drops of tea tree oil
- shake then apply to skin with either a cotton swab or pad every night after cleansing
