Contest is open to participants worldwide. Must be at least 13 years of age to enter. Only one entry per person permitted. Entering multiple times under different aliases will result in disqualification. Lavish Dream reserves the right to cancel multiple entries originating from the same IP address. The contest is open to the general public as well as to salons and similar companies. If you have won a Lavish Dream prize within the past 6 months, you are not eligible to win again.

Contest runs from Monday September 10th, 2012 until Wednesday October 10th, 2012 at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Standard Time. Winners will be contacted by Friday October 12th, 2012. In the event that a winner cannot be contacted after reasonable attempts are made, Lavish Dream Hair reserves the right to declare an alternate winner.

Contestants that are no longer like Lavish Dream on Facebook, follow Lavish Dream on Twitter or subscribe to the Lavish Dream Hair YouTube channel at the time of winner selection, are ineligible to be selected as winners.

The names of giveaway winners will be posted on Facebook and/or Twitter and/or YouTube, at Lavish Dream's discretion.

2. Fill out basic information such as your name, address and e-mail address.

3.In order for your entry to be valid, you must either press the button to a) Like Lavish Dream on Facebook OR b) Follow Lavish Dream on Twitter OR c) Subscribe to the Lavish Dream Hair channel on YouTube. If you already follow Lavish Dream by one of these three methods, entry form must be completed in order to be entered in this giveaway. We encourage you to follow Lavish Dream via all three methods, (although the giveaway does not credit bonus entries).

WINNER SELECTION:

Three (3) winners will be randomly selected from all eligible participants. The winner must have completed the contest entry form fully and accurately AND still follow Lavish Dream either via Facebook, Twitter or YouTube at the time of winner selection. The method that the participant used to follow Lavish Dream on the contest entry form, will be used for validation purposes at the time of winner selection.

PRIZES (3):

Grand Prize: A grand prize of Lavish Dream 100% Remy natural human hair extensions (160g)—and a seductive set of eyelashes will be awarded to one grand prize winner (1 "Lavish Fantasy" set). Prize has a retail value of $139.99 USD. Winner may select their hair extension color of choice from the Lavish Dream website: http://www.lavishdreamhair.com/shop/160g-hair-extensions.html (subject to availability).

Prize will be shipped at the expense of Lavish Dream to grand prize winner. Any customs, duty or importation taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner. Lavish Dream takes no responsibility for items that go lost or missing in transit.

Second Prize: One secondary prize of Babyliss Pro ceramic hot rollers (approximately $50 USD) will be awarded.

Prize will be shipped at the expense of Lavish Dream to secondary prize winner. Any customs, duty or importation taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner. Lavish Dream takes no responsibility for items that go lost or missing in transit.

Third Prize: One third prize of $50 USD PayPal cash will be awarded. Winner must provide PayPal e-mail address in order to claim prize. If winner does not have a PayPal account, they may sign up for free at www.paypal.com .
