Vegan Tacos

So I get a lot of people asking me about what I eat and if I can do more food videos. I have to be honest and tell you guys I don't eat Vegan all the time just a few times a week and some things I have to due to my food allergies. My family wasn't for being a strict Vegan so with that said I will be doing food videos every so offend. Some will be Vegan and some may not. I do try to sneak in as much vegan meals as I can.... Let me tell you Lightlife Smart ground 'Meat' is a great way to fake out a meat lover!!!

Recipe ( I'm not much a a measuring person so this doesn't have measurements )

Lightlife Mexican Smart Ground - if you can find this just get the regular one & use taco seasoning.
1 onion chopped
1/2 bag of frozen peppers or just chop your own
1 can of Amy's refried black beans
1 box Tacos
Vegan Mexican cheese
Salsa
Optional items - Avocados, Kale, Jalapenos, black olives whatever you like to top your tacos with. I have to admit the Vegan sour cream is gross to me so if I use sour cream I have gone back to the dairy one. My family can't live without some kinda Ranch so there's always ranch on our Tacos. They do make Vegan ranch that is actually really yummy. I believe it's in my What's in your Fridge video.

Cook your 'meat' onions and peppers all in one frying pan. Cook till veggies are tender.
Heat up Tacos in oven. I bring everything to the table & everyone just builds their own Taco!!
