My journey continues with insanity! I initially started in November 2011, but had to lay off for a lil while because I jacked up my ankle and by doctors orders, was required to stay off of it for 3 weeks, at that point laziness and excuses kicked in HARD! Though i slacked big time with my workout, I maintained a pretty good "diet"! I have also been taking OxyElite Pro on this journey off and on and it is working out fine FOR ME thus far, as well as CLA...BOTH ARE NATURAL supplements that help metabolism. follow me on this journey of living healthy, and maintaining it!
