Begin with your base coat and apply a green nail polish. Use a black nail polish or acrylic paint to make his hair and eyes. Next, use the same black for the frown and eyebrows. Lastly, apply a white dot in the eyes.

You can paint Frankenstein on all of your nails or you can paint bloody wounds with stitches on the other ones.
For the bloody wounds, just use a red and a darker red to make the wounds and make messy black stripes for the stitches. =D
