For my 1st year anniversary with Julep they sent me a bracelet. It is orange and has a silver "S" shape design which means infinity. I also received 2 glitter pots in silver and while with some candy corn.
I choose the 12 piece set because this month I received again another free month. So my box only cost me $30. For all my referrals I have received about 6 free boxes with more to come. So promote your Julep page and receive free boxes just like myself.
I just love the all the colors and can't wait until I try them all. I will do a quick video or show pictures of my nails when I do them. The colors I received are

Sabrina: Zesty orange shimmer crackle

Lisa: Warm pebble grey creme
Ursula: Blackest black creme crackle
Keira: Deep merlot red creme
Glenda: Radiant silver metallic crackle
Leslie: Black and silver specked shimmer
Caroline: Darkest burgundy shimmer
Boris and Nicole: Autumn red-brown frost
Gwyneth: Sheerest pink clear

I also received in the mystery box a mystery color. I have named this color for myself as "Karen's Ocean Blue". Because it reminds me so much of the ocean.
