Tips on my method of using weaves to grow out hair rules:
-curly weave helped me not use heat on my hair left out (didn't straighten hair)
-braided tracks only + net cap = protects hair
-never glue hair on your head, everrrr!
-braid all of hair (except leave out), doing tracks in between hair left out is not as protective as an almost full head weave
-do not wear weaves longer than 2 months. Trim hair every 4 months (every 2 weave changes for me)
