Start of Weight loss challenge - 154lbs
End of Week 2 - 146.6lbs
Total loss - 7.4lbs!
So End of week 2, I worked out mainly at home (as you'll see in the video).
This week I wanted to concentrate on your questions on Supplements/Fat Burners etc. I Am not taking any of those (fat burners/supplements) because I am currently breastfeeding. Breast feeding is such a great way to lose weight naturally after having baby. It helps shrink the uterus back to pre pregnancy size, as well as the other amazing health benefits (decreases chance of breast and uterine cancer).
Thank you all for the support throughout this challenge - It is going by fast! :) My goal for next week is to incorporate more cardio into my routine - which I will go over in week 3.
