Hi, I hope you can read and respond to my comment. I am a teenage girl, and when i hear the word makeup, I think "eyeshadow, eyeliner, and mascara." I don't know much about makeup, and I was looking into makeup palettes and makeup brushes for my budget and it is difficult for me b/c I don't know what quality to look for. I dont wear foundation and all that stuff due to having gym and swimming in school, I mainly wear concealer, eyeshadow for certain events, eyeliner, and mascara. I only wear it for parties and rarely at school, and i would love to begin wearing makeup, but I dont know where to start! I was wondering if you can tell me about a cheap makeup palette and cheap makeup brushes for a beginner in a very inexpensive budget, it doesnt have to be MAC or anything special, just bargain brands if you know of any. Please respond!!
