Hello Everyone! In this video I will show you step by step instructions on how to make Cage Braid! This look is perfect for any type of formal or informal occasions. Stay tuned for more easy to follow hair tutorials!

Product I used in this video:
Looped Hairbrush
Clear Hair Elastic
2 Bobby Pins

Step By Step Instructions:

NOTE: This hairstyle looks best on long hair. You can use Lavish Dream hair extensions to add the required length and volume for this look as the way this braid is done - your Lavish Dream hair extensions will not be noticeable.

1. Brush your hair to eliminate any tangles.
2. Take a strand of hair from the crown of your head, divide it into 3 equal sections.
3. Start off with a three strand braid and add strands of hair from the front hairline to the braid on each side as you go.
4. Keep the braid very loose.
5. Once you ran out of hair to add to the braid finish off with regular three strand braid.
6. Secure the end of the braid with a clear hair elastic.
7. Pick up the braid about an inch from the crown of your head, so it forms a beautiful cage effect, and pin it with the bobby pins on the inside.
8. Use as many bobby pins as you wish to ensure the braid stays in place secure.
9. Finish off this look with a hairspray or sprayshine if necessary.
