$20 Makeup Challenge Tag!

Hey guys! Hope you enjoy :) I absolutely adore this look and I get so many compliments on my eyes when I use this eyeliner! I tried to limit the number of 'repetitive' brands... so there's no ELF products in this and only up to 2 of each brand. I just thought it would make it more fun and interesting, instead of going for only the cheap brands. I love bargain hunting, so I really like this tag. Let me know what you think!
