I purchased my first Sensa box at GNC for $41.99. It had four shakers, two for month one and two for month two. I used my GNC discount card, just in case you wondered. I have since purchased months 3/4 and 5/6 for $71.99. They are not cheap--but for me, it is worth it to finally live the life of a "normal" eater.

In this video, I share my experience with the No More Diets iPad App (by Dr. Jenn Bermann) and Sensa (a salt and pepper sort of shaker that helps you feel fuller faster). I hope that my review will help you, but I also advise you check online for other reviews before buying. There are a lot of people Sensa works for, and there are just as many people that Sensa does not work for. I can tell you that Sensa suits my purposes, I was already doing No More Diets and just needed a little help. They really do work perfectly together, for me anyway!
Anyway, feel free to write your experiences in the comments below. I am truly open to hearing what you have to say ;) Cookie

P.S. I am not being paid/sponsored by either No More Diets (Dr. Jenn Bermann) or Sensa. I purchased both on my own, with my own money.
