I'm sorry, but hun.. you don't put a paint pot... or *any* primer on TOP of powder. Definitely one way to not get your eyeshadow to stay on all day, or keep it from creasing..

It works for me if I put a paint pot on my bare eyelids my eyeshadow is gone in an hour. My eyelids are for some reason very oily while the rest of my face isn't and I noticed that powder foundation takes the oiliness away ;]
