Hello everyone! It's finally 2012!! I hope you all had a great new years!
On December 17, 2011 I went to watch Rachel Liang aka Liang Wen Yin perform at the Crystal Cathedral. I originally was only going to stay the first shift which was at 2:30 PM but decided to stay the second shift as well with my friend cause she was lonely. haha So basically I rewatched the entire show twice! keke It kind of got boring during the second time round because I already knew what was going to happen but seeing Rachel for the second time made me happy. :) Rachel Liang was not the only person performing but the only one I was really excited to see and finally meet. She had always been one of my inspirations. She's just such a genuine person and has a really touching story. It took a lot for her to become a singer and she's been through a rough time throughout her entire childhood. I first saw her in a taiwanese drama Roseate Love, it was the first drama she acted in & she did an amazing job! After watching the drama I wanted to know more about her and realized she entered in 超級星光大道 which is basically the taiwanese version of American Idol. Sadly she didn't get first place but she placed 2nd :) I hope you guys enjoy this little vlog video. It's basically just her singing 4 different songs. Sorry the quality isn't as good as my other videos...I didn't know we could bring cameras so I didn't bring my DSLR and ended up sneaking my sony cybershot. haha :P
