Tinted moisturizer is pretty much a misnomer...it's not a replacement for your daily moisturizer as many people think it is...rather, it's just a lightweight foundation. There are some out there that truly have more of a skincare benefit, but why pay $$ when you could just as easily make your own?

Another great thing is that if you're between summer and autumn and you use a white moisturizer, you can actually slightly lighten the shade to make it more wearable. BONUS!
