I can't wait to try this! :] I don't necessarily have much to lose, but I'd like to look toned, and this will work in more than just the core. I really need to start a workout routine, and I think this is feasible, thank you so much.

I'm so glad I found this!! I told my tennis coach who is also the track coach, that I wanted to do poll vaulting this year and he told me to stregthen my core....and that I would probably not be able to do it. Just cause he said that, I am going to prove him wrong!!

I LOVE this workout. It's really tough, but I'm a beginner and I was able to get through it anyway. My abs are on FIRE! I'll be using this every day from now on. I may not be bikini-ready for the summer, but I will definitely be looking hot for back to school in September tanks to this!

Fantastic video, I have been looking for a workout that I can do at home for a while because I work nights and this is wonderful. I am really tall for a girl 5'9" and I just haven't been able to ever get rid of this extra weight around my hips/tummy, the first time i ever did this workout, I couldn't even get half way through it, and now its my 5th and I can do more then half and feel great! I want this to be apart of my daily routine. I wish I could really work out with you! Thanks so much for this video.

three more times! Oh man! Love it though, a great workout to do at home! one question though, when I do stuff in plank position it really makes my shoulders ache, am I doing something wrong or is this normal?
