This video was done FOR FUN!!! JUST FUN!!!
After viewing "...White Girls Say to Black Girls" and "...Relaxed Girls Say To Natural Hair Girls" (links below!!!!!) I was sitting ready to see when someone would do a "Things Bloggers Say" video. I shared my interest to perhaps film a spoof myself, on Twitter and Facebook. Honestly I was inspired to do it. And this is what I came up with!
As a blogger I've experienced so much and come across so much AND I'm still on the journey. There is so much more for me to experience. I can laugh about it all and I don't take my self so seriously all the time.
If you are a blogger I hope you find the humor in this!
For those who may not be bloggers here are some of the break downs of what was mentioned:
BlogHer, IFB and Reviewer's Retreat- Are all blog conferences
+K= A plus klout. Klout is used to measure a person's reach online. It's divided into many categories. Beauty is one of them. If you are given a +K is means that person who gives you one believes you are knowledgable about that area. The more +K you get the higher your Klout score is and the larger your online influence is said to be.
PR Companies: the public relations firms that represent brands/companies and connect the bloggers with the brands. This is how many bloggers receive sample products.
Guest Post: A post of your own that is sent in to another blogger for them to post on their site. Usually a rookie blogger will seek out a seasoned blogger to send them a post and possibly have them feature it on their blog as a guest post.
ProBlogger: an awesome website where bloggers of all different styles and fields share their opinions, tips and tricks to boost your blog overall. (A great example of a site that is built off of guest posting)
Affiliate Marketing- bloggers get emails all the time from companies (mostly unknown) who tell the blogger of all the amazing perks they can get if they market that particular brand on their site. Usually it's a low commission on the sales of a product you may have never heard of.
Bloggers Night Out- the night after Mercedez Benz Fashion Week kickoff: Fashion Night Out
Swatches: placing makeup on something(usually your hand or arm) to see texture, color and compare it to other products or against skin tones
Header: The top portion of your blog. The portion of your blog that stands out to readers and is the first thing you want them to see when they come to your site. A great header grabs your readers attention right away.
Dupe: a product that is very similar to another
Google Analytics, GetClicky- Websites that measure your site's traffic, bounce rate, vistors and overall hits
SEO: Search Engine Optimization
Sponsored posts: A post that is sponsored by a brand/company usually about their product/service they offer. Bloggers get lots of heat about these type of posts all the time. But it is definitely possible for a blogger to state their honest opinion about a product/service even if the post is sponsored.

DISCLAIMER: I am NOT REPRESENTING ALL BLOGGERS!!!! I just HAD to do this video....The entire "Things _____ Say" phenom is hilarious. I waited patiently for one just for bloggers (so I could see if I say/do/have experienced any of it) almost 2 weeks later still nothing :( So I decided to share how silly I could be with all of you. IF YOU ARE AN OVERLY SERIOUS PERSON PLEASE DO NOT VIEW! This is all overly exaggerated and for fun...Now with that disclaimer made......see for yourself...THE THINGS BLOGGERS SAY!!!!!
