Hello all you Alluring Beauties,

Here is a list and step by step guide of what I used for this fun Out Spoken Steffie Look.....

Steps for eyeshadow look (For information on foundation and blush and such please comment below)

1. Start by putting E.L.F eye primer all over the eye and a little under the eye, (any eye primer will do I just use e.l.f)

2. Using the Profusion blue pallet use the third color from the top and apply to inner part of the lid and go about half way to the outer corner of the eye.

3. Next using the e.l.f clutch use the mate black on the outer half of the eye lid blend well with the blue and use that same mate black to use as a little bit of liner under the outer edge of bottom lash line,

4.Apply pink from the Profusion pink Eye Brightening Pallet the bottom color, Apply the pink to the whole crease line and bring it down just a little to meat up with the black under your outer corner of lower lashes,

5.Now using the profusion, blue pallet use the blue we used the first time which is the third one from the top and line the bottom lashes from the inner corner of the eye and met it up with the black.

6.Using, e.l.f liquid eye liner, apply a thin to medium line on the top lashes, ( can use any eye liner you wish to use I just use e.l.f) you can wing it or do what ever you feel you mood is for the day, I just did a simple line to enhance my eye a little.

7. Using the e.l.f cream liner in teal tease line your water line, add just a bit more fun, you can use black if you wish.

8. Now add some mascara, I use maybelline lash blast.
