I did this look for Tynea Tyghtline and Beauty by Amanda Jayne's Halloween Hootenany sugar skull contest. I have seen 382,923 sugar skull looks. I wanted to switch it up a bit. I didn't really have a plan going in, so its not much of a tutorial, but I'll list all the products below. This was an experiment. There are some things I will change if I do this look again.
