Dramatic Vamp Inspired Makeup Tutorial

I know some people wont feel that this look is very wearable but suprisingly i find it quite stylish yet wearable. The bold lip is an instant eye catcher and the winged liner with false lashes will definately turn heads. You can easily tone down the shade of lip or re-work the eyes to make them a little less dramatic, but all in all i think everyone can take something from it.
