Day 28 (technically more since I don't count rest or sick days) of Tracy Anderson's Metamorphosis workout in Omnicentric. I see and feel results. I am on Level 3 Day 8 now. Level 3 is way better than level 2. I love this program it is changing my body like no other workout program ever did.
