My second attempt at ordering from Hautelook.
During my first experience, it took them about two months to ship out the item I ordered.
A year later, I thought: "hey, maybe it's improved".
Well, see for yourself.
Honestly, I think I am done with Hautelook.
If I were the owner of CrownBrush, I would be furious with this kind of treatment of their products. Not only is it embarrassing for the company, it is also a colossal waste of product.
Sadly for me, I will be (of course) sending this one back for a refund (we'll see if they will charge me for shipping this crap back), and I will not be trying out the CrownBrush palette :\
To be honest, I know that it is not the fault of CrownBrush, but I can't help but feel "icky" about the products right now. All because of Hautelook. Damn, you!
If anyone from CrownBrush happens to watch this: please let Hautelook and other companies that are distributing your items know that this is no way to ship a fragile product. Not only are they wasting money, but also turning customers off your products. I wish I could try this palette. Alas :(
