So for the holidays, I'm going for the white, black, and red sort of scheme.
And so here, I've purchased a double knit blazer for $35.80 at Forever 21
And from what you can see here, this red double knit blazer has a notched collar, 2-button placket on the side here, and these are mock welt pockets. Tonal bands at the cuffs and I do like to fold the cuffs up, just so you can see a bit of the leopard print lining. Not to mention, it'll really complement any sort of gold accessory you choose to wear.
Okay, so next I'm wearing a black, wild lace top:
This top has an animal spot pattern and the sleeves are puffed at the shoulders as well. Overall, I do like this top a lot since it is my fist lace top but I was quite unsatisfied with how they had the underarms sewn. I guess I just felt like they could've sewn it higher so it doesn't look like I have underarm webbing or whatever, haha. It just feels weird when I lift my arms, but whatever.
And lastly, because the lace top is see-through, I paired it with a ribbed tank top underneath.
It's probably hard for you guys to see, but it has a ribbed-like texture and a racerback design. Also, this has a scoop neckline, as you can see; hopefully, haha. Which I thought it complemented the lace top quite nicely because the lace top also has a round neckline.
This blazer does have padded shoulders with a front-draped construction.
Anddd I've also realized that I wouldn't want to buy anything from Forever 21 with the chest size being any more than 32-33" since I do like my clothes to be more tight fitting, unless it's like a cardigan or whatever—so with that being said, I'm usually a size S or an XS; in case you guys are wondering what size I am.
And as for bottoms, I decided to go with a thick pair of leggings since they're much warmer than my denim jeans. And the reason for that is denim tends to adopt the temperature of the environment, so if the weather is cold, your jeans generally feels much colder than it is—so, yeah!
So here's the full look, and I'll talk to you guys later (: Thanks so much for watching and hope you all have a Merry Christmas. Happy Holidays!
