How do I use it?
Gently roll Skin Renew Anti-Dark-Circle Eye Roller under the eye from the inner corner to the outer corner, one to two times. Use finger to smooth in any excess with fingertips.

it says that it will lighten dark circles after one week... I have not found that to be true. However it is a great brightner and depuffer.
It retails for $14.00 I have seen it less and there are times I find coupons for the garnier priducts.

Big draw back... darker skin tones will more than likely not be able to use this unless they use it just as a highlighter.
