Hey Blossoms,

This collaboration has been months in the making. I have been a subscriber of Jackie-O for almost 3 YEARS (maybe more!) and have always wanted to collaborate with her. Her skills, persona and professionalism is a rarity in the vloggersphere. A Youtube vlogger who is genuine, respects and appreciates her subscribers and is open to try new things. As a fellow professional makeup artist I knew this collaboration, inspired by a signature NARS look from his latest makeup book, would surely peak her interest. I was beyond ecstatic when she agreed and fast forward a few months later. Thanks JackieO! It's amazing to know her and be able to have such a great friendship that was born, bred and cultivated via social media (hopefully when she's back from Kuwait we will be able to meet! Professional Makeup Artist Jackie Aina had an eye for all things color and creativity ever since the age of ten years old. Everything is unique about her, all the way down to her full name. Born Jacquelyn Lonje Olayiwola Oyeshola Bolayemi Aina to very strict Nigerian-American parents she was taught at a very young that when you grow up you become a doctor, or a lawyer, and nothing less; becoming an artist was never an option. But something deep down Jackie always wanted more. Eventually her obsession with color, fashion and makeup led to her starting her beauty channel on YouTube and working for Makeup Art Cosmetics (MAC). Jackie also does freelance makeup artistry, is a part-time United States Army Reserves soldier, and plans to attend the Vidal Sassoon Academy for Hair in 2013 when she completes her civilian contract job in Kuwait this year.
