Hey Freaky People! I had a problem with a sample from my Sample Society June box. Within minutes of calling Beautybar.com had arranged to send me out a whole new June box. I appreciate that more than I can express. I love my sample boxes. They make me happy, I love to try the new samples, and I love getting packages in the mail. But when things go wrong, there are only a few companies that I trust will take care of it immediately and even go above and beyond what I was expecting. Beautybar.com's Sample Society definitely makes the cut!
