Since baked makeup products can be used wet or dry, I decided to make a video showing you how to used these products wet. Doing so gives the products a really nice finish, making your foundation and face makeup look almost airbrushed and feel just as light as powder. Using this technique with baked eyeshadows helps make the shadow more intense and vibrant.
