My very first speedy makeup tutorial plus footage of me on my first tandem skydive! This was from 13,000 feet, about 1 minute of free fall before the parachute was deployed. I bought the DVD from the skydiving company but edited it a little and added footage from a family member who was using my camera to tape. The first section of this video is a sped up makeup tutorial for the makeup I wore this day and the rest is some awesome footage! I admit I chose blue turquoise eyeshadow because it is the color of the sky. I also wanted to just redefine my features like my eyes and eyebrows so that they wouldn't appear plain and washed out in the bright sun for pictures. For my lips, I chose my favorite butter pecan lipstick which is close to natural color, but with a hint of rusty bronze and some shimmer. It's also the one lipstick that I know never ever gets on my teeth (it would suck if I was smiling with weird stuff on my front teeth while in free fall!)

The crazy peacock earrings I am wearing are a gift I bought for myself at the mall right after I skydived. I love bird-themed accessories and feathers!
This look brings out natural features but adds a touch of color as well. It works for a day look or a night look!
I want to greatly thank my family for being there to support me and for waking up so early to get there, my sister for videotaping, for my instructor/teacher for keeping me ALIVE! haha and for Kyle the amazing skydiving videographer and photographer and for Skydance Skydiving.

PS - I chose Upular as one of the songs because I was supposed to re-watch UP to make myself not as afraid of falling out of the sky. Also, Pogo deserves more publicity! Yahhh!
