*****Please note that I did NOT use a heat protectant on my hair, I never do BUT that does NOT mean that you shouldn't. Generally my hair is not very damaged and I only use heat on it maybe 1-2 times a week. I don't use a flat iron on it and I don't blow dry it when its wet. (I will maybe blow dry once a month) For any other questions about my hair and what I use please see the video listed above where I go over EVERYTHING I use on/for my hair.
