This will be my VLOG on my weight loss and reaching my goal weight. I plan on sharing my workout routine, being on weight watchers, the cleanse diet (which I am explaining in this video) and other things related to my weight loss. I made a mistake in the video LOL so let me correct it now my starting weight last April was 245 lbs not 235 as I state in the video. So I have lost 65 lbs total ...! I know I lost more but with Aunt Flo in town I can gain up to 6 lbs ...
I have reached a Plateau in my weight loss so that is why I am trying this cleanse diet. This is a diet that was provided to me by my trainer Mark. Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday
1202cals must eat all three days in a row!!!!!
Meal#1 6 large egg whites-96cals (hard boiled or omelette)
Snack#1 protein shake-180cals
Meal#2 turkey breast 6oz.-210cals, lettuce romaine 1 cup-8cals, tomato 1-28cals
Snack#2 protein shake-180cals
Meal#3 fish, baked 6oz.-256cals, broccoli 1 cup-48cals
Snack#3 protein shake-180cals (before bed time)
Thrusday and Friday
1238cals must eat two days in a row!!!
Meal#1 whole wheat bagel 1-157cals, glass of 1% milk-96cals.
Snack#1 shake-180cals
Meal#2 cottage cheese 1/2 cup low fat-95cals, peaches half cup-108cals (you can substitute cottage cheese with low fat yogurt)
Snack#2 shake-180cals
Meal#3 brown rice half cup-128cals, 3oz of chicken-114cals
Snack#3 shake 180 (before bed time)
