This is a Yummy Creamy Cheesy Chicken Enchilada Casserole! I saw this recipe from another youtuber here and I wanted it to try it and show you guys how easy and fun cooking can be!
You're probably wondering how many calories it has...Who knows...LOL...Its just too yummy to care...hehehee
TRY IT OUT and LET ME KNOW IF YOU LIKED IT!
This is great for a big family, gathering,special event or for all us hungry broke college students...hahahha...
THINGS YOU'LL NEED:
(For a serving of 6-8 depending how much your family eats...LOL)
*5 huge chicken breasts
*Yellow Corn Tortillas
*Cream Cheese or Low Fat Cream Cheese
*Cream of Chicken
*Green Salsa for Enchiladas
* 1/2 a spoon of butter (optional)
*1/2 of water
(OPTIONAL AS WELL)
*Lettuce
*Sour Cream
Last but not least
*Some Love....lol...
Instruction:
PREHEAT OVEN to 350
Boil the chicken and shred it into pieces in a separate plate.
In a huge pot, (mix the butter if you decided to use some, but you don't have to)
MIX the cream of chicken, green salsa, cream cheese and 1/2 cup of water. After pour the chicken, and MIX all together in the huge pot.
In the glass pyrex place the yellow corn tortillas and place everything you mixed in the pot onto the corn tortillas and add cheese on top... *Repeat this step until it reaches the top (Pretend your doing a lasagna)...then the last layer ADD more cheese if you will like...and place in the OVEN
*Let it cook for 15-20 minutes and Voila! Your done!
You can add some lettuce or sour cream or just eat it like that!
