Save Money On Nail Polish

In this video I am going to show you how to achieve 2 different nail polish looks with only 3 nail polishes. :) All you need are a black and white nail polish (I used the black and white from Wet n Wild Wild Shine) that we are going to use as the bases for your nail look. Once you have your white and black nail polish we can move on to choosing a sheer nail polish. Any brand, color, or texture you want. :) As you watch the video you will see examples of how the look changes based on what color base you use. :)
