Hey everyone. I googled up some pics of Nicki Minaj and I came across this look. I thought it was so pretty, and easy to achieve. So I decided to do a tutorial. She actually wears lashes in this picture, (linked on blog), I didn't actually have any lashes cause I've ordered some but they haven't come yet(sad face).
