First off ramadan mubarak to everyone. I know i said tthat like a million times ut what evs... right lol
Anyways i wanted to make something in honor of this great holiday and decided since samosas are such a hugeeeeeeeeeeee hit in the mother land that id just make this...
they are super delicious.
for the keema somasa:
a pound of ground meat
2 tomatos
4 green chili peppers
salt
and cook on medium heat
ALOO:
3 potatos (boiled) and mashed
4 green chili
cilantro flakes or leaves
cumin powder
red crushed chili
salt
and thats it
to makes the dough
you'll need all purpose flour
water
baking soda
salt
oil
