Description

I loved the make-up done on the Miss Universe pageant and I wanted to re-create that look. I haven't found any good pictures, but from memory I know it was a smokey brown-ish/black eye with a gold tone. You can play up the lips with a bright red, a nude lipstick or a pink one like I have.
