Real Fruit Smoothie
This is a Fruit smoothie, yes I make fruit and veggie smoothies but I wanted to show yall my favorite kind.
I would love to kno what you put in your Smoothie.
THIS IS MY VERSION OF A SMOOTHIE U CAN TWEAK IT HOWEVER YOU LIKE
I make smoothies about 3-4 times a week.
Next time I will not be using sunnyD, I just want to find an all natural orange juice. The reason I got this one is b/c I could not find a all natural kind at the store I was at.
As ya'll Kno I only watch Carbs And Cals.
Peach 1oz 11 Cal 2.8 Carbs
Apple 1oz 15 Cal 3.9 Carbs
Ice-cream in A half cup 90 Cal 15 Carbs
Juice 8oz 60 Cal 14 Carbs
Raspberry 0.1oz 10 Cal 2.3 Carbs
Banana 1oz 25 Cal 6.5 Carbs
Strawberry 0.2oz 2 Cal 0.5 Carbs
Cranberries 1oz 13 Cal 3.5 Carbs
Total 226 Cal and 48 Carbs
Of course I didn't use that much of some of these items but I wanted to give yall an Idea.
All Fruit is fresh and I put it in the freezer.
I don't use fruit that is in the bag frozen. I'm sure its different kind but the kind that I have seen In the stores are full of carbs and sugar. But if you can find some pre pack that is really all natural then rock it out.
I dont like Yogurt that much, that's why I went with Ice-cream.
Sometimes I add Psyllium Whole husks to it.
Of course I washed all my Fruit Who do you think I am! hehehe
