I also was on Accutane for a 6 month period (ended in May). My only advice for when your lips get super dry is to use Medicated Chapstick... It worked the best for me (even when my lips were cracked and bleeding.) Good luck!

Yeah I've been on it for a while now and I forgot to mention it I think but Burts Bees lipbalms have been really good for the dry lips, though they never get so dry they crack back or are really uncomfortable because I keep on top of it :)
