MY OWN RECIPES:
TURKEY BUTTER RUB:
(no measurements, make as much as you need and season to taste) Mix softened butter, salt, pepper, minced garlic, and chopped fresh rosemary in a small bowl and rub liberally on the outside, inside, and in between the skin of your turkey. You can do this ahead of time or right before you bake. I recommend stuffing or placing around your turkey, halved garlic, fresh rosemary sprigs, and fresh lemon slices.
CRANBERRY, CINNAMON, & LEMON WATER:
Place lemon slices (I will be using orange slices on Thanksgiving, but either will work!), cinnamon sticks, and fresh cranberries in pitcher and fill with water, chill in fridge for at least 30 minutes before serving.
KETO CAULIFLOWER MASHED POTATOES:
Steam cauliflower rice, then place into mixing bowl add a few tablespoons of butter and about 2-3 ounces of cream cheese, salt, pepper, and garlic to taste. I added this butter seasoning, too:

KETO PUMPKIN PIE FILLING:
1 cup of pumpkin
1/2 can of coconut cream or full fat cocnut milk
8 TBSP Chia seeds
Pumpkin Pie Spice to taste (I personally use around 2-3 TBSP)
Caramel Sweet Drops (to desired sweetness)-you can use regular liquid stevia, but the caramel really helps this have that pumpkin pie flavor. Buy them here: https://go.magik.ly/ml/s46d/
Pinch of salt
Combine all these ingredients in a bowl, then pour into pie crust and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or pour into dessert cups to having pumpkin pie pudding and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
