Tip 1: Solitude
It’s so important to have some quiet time for yourself. Cancel out the distraction and noise that holds you back from your life’s focus and purpose to what makes you truly happy and alive.
Tip 2: Tweaking your old routine (good time to create new habits)
This is a great time to start cleaning out your head space. Time to throw away old habits, think about newer and more improved habits your would like to create in your life. It’s also a time to experiment and see what will work or not. Get outside your comfort bubble by learning something new or try out new recipes, beauty regimine, or something you’ve been curious about.
Tip 3: Decompress
Take Care of your well being. We always put others first and forget about our own well being. This is a great time to reenergize and revive your mind, body and soul. Calm your spirit and environment.
Tip 4: Process
Processing, gives you time to reflect on something you did. Instead of dwelling on something that upset you or fantasize about the past. Look for takeaways that you can integrate into your life moving forward. Go back and see what you learned from work or personal experiences.
Tip 5: Prep / Organize my life
This is a great time to sort out bills, catch up on things to procrastinate on, by prepping and organizing, you’re eliminating all the extra weight that will create more stress and anxiety.
Tip 6: Setting your intentions:
This is something so easy yet we all take for granted. Setting the right intention is so powerful and help give you the clarity you need when it comes to growth. Think about what you want to create for yourself in life and set that intention.
