So Selfridges have messed up, left, right, and centre. They first launched the Beauty Collection at £70, and a number of us bought it. It was taken out of stock soon afterwards, and Selfridges announced that the price was actually £100, and the £70 listed on their website was a MISTAKE. Apparently now everyone who ordered it will have to RE-ORDER. Why not just allow those who already ordered, to pay the £30 extra? Or, those unwilling to pay the £30 can receive a refund. How is this even fair? Particularly to international customers, who often opt to prepay customs duty? Do they get refunded all that? Ugh. If I have to reorder all over again, I might just skip this one altogether on principle, just because of how annoyed I am.
