Today's video is my first HALLOWEEN MAKEUP FOR 2019, I know... I know.. but better late than never. I wanted to start off this spooky month with an easy look to create, recreate, and achieve. This is a fun BLACKLIGHT HALLOWEEN MAKEUP TUTORIAL. I love using Suva Beauty UV hydra liners for blacklight looks because the colour payoff is incredible. This is perfect for that black light party illusion costume you want to do. I go up close and in depth with each step to help you follow along and recreat it. I hope you enjopyed this look for my October Halloween Makeup Looks. I have more coming so keep an eye out for that.
