This week I wanted to discuss the importance of saying "No". Too often we feel stretched thin, anxious, exhausted and ultimately frustrated because we didn't prioritize ourselves. We tend to feel ugly when we don't say "Yes" to everything. But what is the cost to overextending ourselves? Being mindful of where you put your time and the boundaries you set is an important step in taking care of your, mind body and soul.
