Video summary:
1. Start the day with a little detox, preferably with vitamin c rich Amla Juice/ lemon juice.
For days when either is not possible, I just have apple cider vinegar.
Great for digestion and metabolism, health and immunity too.
2. Eat clean Food: Don’t go on a crash diet, opt for food habits that are just cleaner and healthy. Eat home cooked foods. Also reduce sugar, carbs and oils.
And like we all know, the more fruits and veggies you add, the better.

3. More proteins and adequate vitamins - Especially for vegetarians, protein deficiency is very common. This makes the skin age faster, causes hair problems start and - especially if you are exercising, it leads to muscle injury too.
One thing I learnt last year was that supplements - as long as they are made of clean ingredients and designed for your lifestyle - are actually a need of the modern lifestyle, where taste comes before anything else. But don't use just anything.

5. Add at least two superfoods in your diet everyday. So almond, broccoli, spinach, granola mix - anything. But make sure you consume any two superfoods in some form or the other daily.
Apart from that some exercise, plenty of sleep and keeping the mind is very very good for health.
