I want to take you guys on a real time journey of my postpartum body journey. When I found out I was pregnant I weighed 122 and I ended my pregnancy at 157. I am currently 12 weeks postpartum and I am looking forward to sharing my experience, highlights, struggles and real time conversation of what this journey is going to be like. I am so thankful that my baby is healthy and I don't want to focus on weight but more on strength of body and mind.
